Our founder has worked as a registered nurse for 6 years. This experience includes developing and implementing care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing medications and clinical care, providing emergency response, advocacy, health monitoring, and delivering emotional and psychological support.

Our nursing staff undergoes specialised training tailored to the care needs of our participants. This includes care plan induction, medication and bowel care management, catheter care, safety and infection control, documentation, diabetes management, and emergency/disaster response. Continuous professional development is also a key aspect of our training programs.

No, you don’t need to be part of NDIS. We also cater to I-Care and TAC participants.

Yes, we do charge travel fees to meet the award rate required for supporting our staff during community or transport-related activities.

Yes, we provide full medication management services, ensuring safe administration and monitoring as part of our comprehensive care.

We establish an emergency and disaster management care plan during the care transition. This includes discussing how participants prefer to be contacted during emergencies, such as shift cancellations, vehicle breakdowns, or medical situations. Our staff undergoes face-to-face emergency drills to ensure they are fully prepared to handle any situation effectively.
